Key to success is knowing the non-negotiables, learning to use available resources effectively, and when to pause and reassess. Arctic Pursuit™ uses experiential learning to bring these lessons to life, and then shows how to apply them back on the job.

THE LEARNER EXPERIENCE

Working in teams as researchers, participants will venture out into the vast and unexplored Canadian north to track and record the migratory habits of Arctic wildlife. All the while gathering resources to help further improve the quality of life of the creatures they are researching. Effective use of the White Wolf Lodge, the Wilderness Guide, Arctic resources, and of course your team, will make all the difference!

KEY LEARNINGS

    • Understanding the importance of making the non-negotiables your first priority.
    • Identifying, and then using, all available resources on a consistent basis.
    • Realising the important role played by taking initiative when you are committed to achieving all that is possible .
    • Pausing to review and adjust your approach en route to your goal.
